Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role based in Riyadh, with an expectation to travel around the country (mainly Jeddah and Eastern Province). The Operations Executive will oversee and streamline daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company policies. The role involves analyzing operational data, coordinating with teams to resolve process issues, and supporting operational management initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance. A core function will be to support the onboarding, monitoring, and ongoing support of existing and future merchants. The candidate will maintain effective communication with stakeholders, foster positive working relationships, and drive operational excellence in alignment with company goals.
